Occupants: Lois (female), and Andres (male), (other bedroom is my office) Pets: We have a 9 yr old cat who is very sweet and friendly. Very well behaved. He’s trained to not scratch furniture. Acts like a dog and plays fetch.

Transit: only 3 blocks away from the major subway hub of 125th st. 4/5/6 trains and only 4 blocks from Metro North (1 stop to Grand Central Station).

Neighborhood: Safe up and coming East Harlem has it all. Lots of grocery stores within a one block radius, pharmacies, Target, Cosco, Blink Gym, Planet Fitness Gym, etc…
