It’s a clean one floor home, it’s a really quiet neighborhood, neighbors are friendly, parking is off street, and everything is nearby like stores and restaurants. I will look into renting out the room by June 1st. Also the pictures I put up of the room will be emptied out as soon as I rent out.

I work construction so I’ll be coming and going during the work season and I’ll be home more often during the off season. I’m respectful and good to get along with anyone. As of now I have no one staying at the property yet but looking forward to having my first roommate and hopefully a second.
