1 small room RENTAL IS $700.00 PER MONTH/ NO SECURITY in my 3 bedroom apartment, the apartment has one room (mine) and 2 small rooms. Room available now has,…. one window and one closet. Heat and Electricity is included and access to a very good wireless internet signal. Good for working person and/or student. ( I am semi-retired and work, Artist/Writer inside the apartment full time. ) (SORRY NO GUESTS for now.) Room is for ONE person ONLY. The previous person (He was 33) Lived in room for 5 years. Got a job transfer/Military has moved out. The remaining person, he is 25. (Works full-time) Apartment is located in a house in a convenient area of Downtown Paterson. SAFE= One block from Sheriff’s Offices. One block away from a slew of NJ Transit buses including the 190 to NYC. I am a Male Freelance Artist/Writer….. (Originally from New York City).
