SMALL FURNISHED ROOM includes excellent internet. Air Condition. Located in Downtown Paterson and various hospitals/health facilities/shopping mall/movies, etc. area one block nearby. Most all Court Houses, DMV, Public Services, etc. Public Transportation within short walking distance, includes Buses/Trains to NYC, etc.
Presently the person residing in one of the 2 rooms being rented is a 24 year old Male that moved in recently and the other available room a Male 27 that recently left due to relocation. The available rental would be good for a FULL/TIME WORKER AND OR STUDENT. The 3rd room is occupied by myself, a Male semi-retired I am a Metaphysician and also work as a Freelance Writer/ Artist full/time within the apartment and am inside the apartment 24/7. Due to not wanting heavy traffic and appeasing the landlord, GUESTS are not permitted inside the apartment. (If this might be an issue for anybody, please do not inquire.)
