My current roommate is moving out April 1st, and we’re looking for someone to take over her portion of the lease (runs through October 1st).
About the place: • 2 bed / 1 bath duplex unit • Expansive basement (great for storage!) • In-unit laundry • Fenced-in backyard • Cozy, quiet setup
I do have a dog and a cat, so the home is pet-friendly in that sense but unfortunately no additional pets are allowed.
I work full time in person 10-6pm M-F as the after care director at a local school. I spend most my time outdoors. I enjoy a tidy and quiet home. Do not bring people over often and do not go out or party.
