Looking for mid to late August!

I am looking for a cozy apartment to create into a beautiful home. I spend a lot of time outdoors, birding, camping, hiking, etc. I enjoy cooking and quiet nights in. I have lived with many roommates in the past and I am open to being friends or keeping things separate.

I have a 2 year old dog named River. He is crate trained and very well behaved. I also have a 5 year old cat named George. Very attention driven and loves snuggles. Both are pet friendly. I do not have social media, streaming services, or a TV. I would not mind living in an internet/screen free home but certainly not a requirement. I do not drink, smoke, or go out.

I have furniture for all common areas and my personal bedroom so an unfurnished unit is a must. I can part ways with some furniture if needed. I am interested in teaming up or joining an existing lease. Thank you.
