Large, semi-furnished bedroom with queen sized bed and dresser. Fresh paint and new vinyl floors. My home is situated in a private, gated community and is walking distance to the marketplace. Easy access to the 215 freeway, mountains for hiking and walking trails. There is a bathroom right outside the bedroom that is to be shared with house guests.

I’m a single woman who works from home. I have a terrier mix who is iffy around strangers and other animals. For this reason, no other animals are permitted. When I’m not working, I’m at church and doing ministry. There’s another young lady who occupies another room but is seldom home because she works a lot. We are god-fearing, respectful women and looking for someone who is the same.
