The common spaces (living room/kitchen) will all be furnished as well. Rent payment is $1,175/month, owners will cover utility costs which includes electricity, gas, water, ultra-fast Verizon 1Gb/s internet, and trash.
Rules: No smoking/drugs No parties No pets
$45 Non-refundable background check/credit via 3rd party service provider. Proof of source of income are also required within tenant screening process.
Transportation/Commuting: The property is in a prime location of Springfield (3 miles to I-495, 4 miles to Franconia-Springfield Metro/Town Center, and 9 miles to Inova Fairfax).
