Hi All,

We are currently seeking for a tenant who will commit to at least 3 months, 9 months, or 1 year lease to fill our Furnished/Unfurnished bedroom in the upper level of our beautiful single family home. The common spaces (living room/kitchen) will all be furnished as well. Rent payment is $1,175/month, owners will cover utility costs which includes electricity, gas, water, ultra-fast Verizon 1Gb/s internet, and trash.

Rules: No smoking/drugs No parties No pets

$45 Non-refundable background check/credit via 3rd party service provider. Proof of source of income are also required within tenant screening process.
