We are currently seeking for a tenant who will commit to at least 6 months or 12 months lease to fill an UNFURNISHED basement studio in a Fairfax townhome starting 09/01/2026. The space has a private walkout, spacious living area with a separate bedroom, a full tub/shower combo, a laundry area with front loaders and a kitchenette that includes: a full fridge, sink, cabinets, counter space, pantry, and a microwave. To kick it off, you will also have your own outdoor space that is fenced to enjoy. Rent payment is $1,600/month, owners will cover utility costs which includes electricity, water, ultra-fast Verizon 1Gb/s internet, trash, and HOA.

Rules: No smoking/drugs No parties No pets

Transportation/Commuting: The townhome is in a prime location of Fairfax (3 miles to GMU, 1 mile to the VRE, less than 1 mile to the public bus and 5 miles to 495 or Fairfax County Parkway).
