The space has a private walkout, spacious living area with a fireplace, a separate bedroom, a full tub/shower combo, a laundry area with front loaders (2017) and a kitchenette that includes: a full fridge, sink, cabinets, counter space, pantry, and a microwave. To kick it off, you will also have your own outdoor space that is fenced to enjoy. Rent payment is $1,450/month, owners will cover utility costs which includes electricity, water, ultra-fast Verizon 1Gb/s internet, trash, and HOA.

$45 Non-refundable background check/credit via 3rd party service provider. Proof of source of income are also required within tenant screening process.
Housemates: Male and female working professionals in their mid 20’s and early 30’s.
Transportation/Commuting: The townhome is in a prime location of Fairfax (3 miles to GMU, 1 mile to the VRE, less than 1 mile to the public bus and 5 miles to 495 or Fairfax County Parkway).
