Bathroom will be shared with another roommate. The bathroom has a decent size bathtub. Background check required. Rent does not include utilities. These fee will be split between me and other roommates. Parking is free, the community has a lot of parking spots for use 24/7. There is a pool in the community open dawn to dusk next to the house. Easy access to 408, 15min to dt or UCF. Brand new washer and dryer in unit for use. No pets please, I have a tuxedo cat, must be pet friendly. Short term rent is available.
