Bathroom will be shared with another roommate. The bathroom has a decent size bathtub. Background check required. Rent does not include utilities and internet. These fee will be split between me and my roommate. Parking is free, the community has a lot of parking spots for use 24/7. There is a pool in the community open dawn to dusk next to the house. Easy access to 408, 15min to dt or UCF. Brand new washer and dryer in unit for use. No pets please, Iām allergic. Short term rent is available.
