Female (AFAB) roommate only! The room is located on the second floor, it is furnished with a queen size bed, a mattress, window blinds, a side table, a study desk and a chair. All furniture and mattress are from IKEA/Amazon. High speed internet, smart home. Living room is furnished with an ikea couch, smart TV and dinning area. The house has a small backyard. Bathroom will be shared with the other roommate and guests. The bathroom has a decent size bathtub. Background check required. Rent does not include utilities. These fee will be split between me and the other roommate. Parking is free, the community has a lot of parking spots for use 24/7. There is a pool in the community open dawn to dusk next to the house. Easy access to 408, 15min to dt or UCF. Brand new washer and dryer in unit for use. I prefer no pets, I have a tuxedo cat, must be pet friendly. Short term rent is available.

I’m a young female professional, I am quiet and easy to get along with. I work from home 80% of the time. I love going out and cooking at home. You will be sharing bathroom with the other roommate. They will move in 6/19th. I also have a half bathroom downstairs for use.
