This is, functionally, a 2 BR apartment with one roommate (our third resident has a private attached bathroom, does not use the kitchen, and is rarely home. I’ve seen him a total of twice in 4 months). It is 1700 square feet.
There is a Starbucks by the PATH and a myriad of excellent independent coffee shops, like Mod Cup, Incontro Coffee, Creppecino, and Cafe Presented by Almost Home within easy walking distance. All of these are excellent places to work remotely. As for food, everything from Mexican to Middle Eastern, to Korean to pizza is in easy walking distance and is quality and delicious. My roommate Ernest and I work in tech. Ernest is a very laid back relaxed guy. He works hybrid remote in logistics and is seldom home.
Our other flatmate has his own attached bathroom and does not use the kitchen. I have seen him a total of one time since living here. He works in film and is often out of state.
I work at Meta and am transferring back to California to be closer to family, especially my parents as they age. We are looking for a respectful responsible flat mate to take over my lease at the end of March or the start of April
