This is a studio detached back house behind the main house in the back yard. There are private steps that go into the unit. You have your own kitchen, sink, fridge/freezer, bathroom, shower. Inside is not small or large either. About 200something square feet or so.

The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac with nice, bigger modern houses while still central to get around and about 1.5 miles from Castro Valley or Hayward Bart.

The 95 bus is only a 2 block walk from the property if you wanted to use this or did not have a car.

The internet box is in the main house not too far away and internet should still be working well.

The utilities for the whole property are all on the same system and bill for the property and are shared with all the occupants living here. Gas/Electric (PG&E), water, trash, WiFi.

You have access to the main house to use the washer/dryer if you would like. There is one for everyone. First come, first served. You could also go to a laundromat if you wish.

There are 2 parking spots on the driveway (first come first served). And there is plenty of street parking on the street or close-by on the street over.

You would have your private unit. The detached large house is a 5 bedroom 2.5 bath property all rented by the room.
