The room is downstairs with a half bath, shower is upstairs and can rent to only one individual person, washer, dryer, Internet, kitchen privileges & utilities included. A mature quiet, clean person who works during the day and is usually settled down through the night required. Must be employed outside of the home; $500 deposit plus $1000 first month rent to move in. Sorry we cannot accept pets at this time. If you need an immediate rental we do have another that we can rent you until this one becomes available.
If you are looking for a place that’s more like home for a mature, quiet person most likely a Christian. This is a good place. All your needs are met here and I am a great roommate because I’m not home often and I like keeping to myself even though I’m very friendly.
