Available May 1st in Rivera Beach..Private room for rent for 1 quiet person in a private PEACEFUL home 10 minutes from the beach. The room is for an individual only-with a shared bathroom. Home is a two story structure. The room is upstairs and can rent to only one individual person, washer, dryer, Internet, kitchen privileges & utilities included. A mature quiet, clean person who is usually settled down through the night required. Roomate that is moving out, is up all night and up and down the stairs through the night we work days and would prefer to have someone who pretty much rest most nights like us . Must be employed outside of the home; $500 deposit plus $1000 first month rent to move in. Sorry we cannot accept pets at this time. If you need to move immediately, we have an another room we could rent you temporarily until this one becomes available.
I am a 70 year old female. I am very active and often away. A young person is welcome, but I don’t think you would enjoy the atmosphere. We like to be quiet pretty much after 10 maybe except on weekends would need to be a person who enjoys being alone
