An unfurnished large bedroom with all bills/utilities included on the second floor of a two-story house in West Asheville will be available for move-in on March 22nd. There is a lot of space in between the upstairs rooms and doors on the walls that you can use for storage (one can be seen in a picture of the room). The bathroom is located on the first floor and will be shared with one of the housemates.
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has all the standard appliances (refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and sink).
There is a very large backyard & side yard with a fire pit, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, cornhole, and a back deck with an outdoor table / chairs. There is a covered front porch and yard as well. Feel free to have friends over and host get-togethers!
The house is 0.3 miles off of Haywood Road and is 7 minutes by car to the heart of downtown Asheville.

Although there are dogs in a couple pictures of the living room, none of us have dogs, but we are all dog friendly and open to having them in the house.
