We MUST speak by phone. We will discuss schedules, lifestyle habits, and what makes a good home-sharing/ housemate experience for you.
Because this room shares a bathroom, I look for roommates with differing schedules AND who are clean and thoughtful. This is NOT a partying location. Most of the time, the house is super quiet. I work from home, and other housemates might also work from home.
The rental price is the flat-rate price you see onscreen. No additional “management fees.” I live onsite and this is a homeshare. Quiet hours from approx 9 PM to 7 AM. I work from home and possibly other housemates might be working or studying. Group message the housemates before loud noises. Use headphones with the TV and computing devices at night.

The longer description:
The room is ultra-contemporary and packs a lot of usage into a small space. Comfy queen-size bed. Linens are available. A larger Mini fridge is included. The TV has Chromecast and an antenna for local stations. Hardwood floors. Fully furnished kitchen with nifty appliances. (See more details below) The home is undergoing some changes but remains comfortable.
Newer HVAC ductwork with a UV-C bulb for cleaner air. The bathtub was reglazed in July 2023. Google 8GB multi-gigabit fiber.
The kitchen area is super-furnished. It is undergoing renovations but is functional. Induction cooktop, workstation sink, double ovens, countertop oven, microwave oven, air fryer, filtered water, ice shaver, and more.
The backyard currently has a very small deck and other renovations are to take place.
The water pressure in the bathroom for your shower is AWESOME! I have a large hot water heater for an ample hot shower
I provide toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen cleaning supplies, many cleaning supplies, kitchen spices, and more.
Note: The furnishings remain the same, but the room is now lighter and brighter with updated paint and an updated ceiling fan.
The house is within three miles of Wegmans, 2 miles to Lidl, and 1 mile to Harris Teeter. Starbucks is also about one mile away. Approx 3 miles to Duke Raleigh and WakeMed North. The best gas prices are at Sam’s Express around the corner. This home is within three miles of both 540 and 440. Approximately 10 minutes to downtown.
