Homeshare with me! Cul-de-sac home. Quiet location near Northridge Shopping Center and Millbrook High School in the 27609 zip code. Located 3 miles from Duke Raleigh Hospital and 11 miles from NC State University in North Raleigh.

Spacious 12 by 16 contemporary bedroom. King hybrid mattress. LOTS of storage. Walk-in closet. Separate shower and soaking tub.
Apartment-sized fridge exclusive to this space. Your room is secured with your uniquely code door lock. Exterior security system.

A one-month short-term lease is possible, but a minimum 3-month lease term is preferred.
A longer lease term is available and reduces the rent. (see below)

Included: Rent, electric, Google Wifi, water, general cleaning supplies, and some kitchen supplies.

Home improvements in progress: The kitchen is being renovated. It has a new induction cooktop, a 44-inch workstation sink, a fabulous dishwasher, a mini-dishwasher, a double oven, a microwave, a toaster oven, air fryer, and other small appliances! Everything is functional, but construction is still in process. (A couple of new cabinets, instant hot water, and final countertops to go!)

All housemates are working professionals. I work from home and am onsite for home matters. Quiet hours are from about 9 PM to 7AM or by agreement.
