We are seeking a third roommate, preferably male and between the ages of 18-26. This space is an excellent fit for a fellow University of Utah student.
Rent is $750 per month, with all utilities included. There are no additional or hidden charges.
The rental includes a private bedroom with a closet and a private bathroom featuring a toilet, vanity, and shower. As this is a shared home, you will have full access to all non-private common areas of the house. The backyard is also available for access.
An off-street, dedicated parking space is included.
The home is non-smoking indoors.
The property is conveniently located just under a 25-minute drive to the University of Utah campus, approximately 7 minutes from the SLCC Westpointe campus, and about 10 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City.
It’s me and my brother, both students at the University of Utah (junior and senior). We’re laid-back, respectful, and easy to get along with. We keep common areas clean and value a comfortable, low-stress living environment. We keep everything pretty clean and maintained even though we do have one small cat. Aside from school we also both work so it’s usually pretty quiet throughout most of the day. Other guests, friends and family are welcome to come over.
