This recently renovated basement apartment offers a private and comfortable living space with its own separate entrance and dedicated off-street parking. We are also located within 10 minutes of the SLC airport.
The unit includes:

- Full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, sink, and microwave
- Spacious living room
- Private laundry hookups
The entire basement has been recently updated with new flooring, fresh paint, and new trim throughout. The bathroom has also been completely refreshed with a new sink, toilet, showerhead, and tub faucet.
Rent includes internet and all utilities, making monthly budgeting simple.
Pets are welcome! There is a $50 monthly fee for the first pet and an additional $25 per month for each additional pet.
Tenants are also welcome to enjoy the shared backyard and fire pit.
About the roomies
Because this is a seperate basement, your space will be seperate from the other people in the house. There are three of us upstairs, two of which are students at the University of Utah.
