About the room

House rules

[ ] Rent and deposit due before moving in (deposit: $400, Rent: $900 (bills are included))
[ ] Wash items once a week (pick a set day you’d like to wash in the week so everyone else knows)
[ ] Please wash any dishes after cooking and please keep the kitchen area clean.
[ ] Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am (if you have work before 7am please just be mindful that others may still be sleeping or work later in the day) (TV’s and speakers are okay during the day just be mindful of the volume.)
[ ] Parking in the driveway is fine please just let us know if you have a vehicle
[ ] overnight guest please let us know and please don’t give out house code. Please try to keep guest in your own space.
[ ] No drug use (smoking is okay outside but please don’t smoke inside the property).
[ ] You will get space in the kitchen to put your food in the refrigerator and a cabinet
[ ] Please clean up after yourself, you will be sharing spaces with others.
[ ] Don’t touch anything that does not belong to you or that you were not given permission to use or you will be asked to leave the property
[ ] Be respectful and understanding of others and take into consideration that you are sharing a space with others.

About the roomies

We are a couple renting out rooms in our home. We are looking for quiet individuals that mainly are going to work and coming back to rest, eat and relax. We don’t need any drama of any kind please. This is a safe and understanding environment but please be respectful and understanding of our rules and our space. If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to ask. The tv’s in the room will be removed unless you want to use the small one, it doesn’t have a remote or power cord but if you want to buy one, then you can use it. This room is not furnished but it does have a dresser and if you need somewhere to sleep we can move a couch or a twin bed from upstairs into the room if it’s not being used. Also, if you need to extend the months you stay that can be discussed.
