House rules

[ ] Rent and deposit due before moving in (deposit: $300 Rent: $900 (bills are included))
[ ] Wash once a week (pick a set day you’d like to wash in the week so everyone else knows)
[ ] Please wash any dishes after cooking and please keep the kitchen area clean.
[ ] Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am (if you have work before 7am please just be mindful that others may still be sleeping or work later in the day) (TV’s and speakers are okay during the day just be mindful of the volume.)
[ ] Parking in the driveway is fine please just let us know if you have a vehicle
[ ] overnight guest please let us know and please don’t share door code with anyone.
[ ] No drug use (smoking is okay outside but please no smoking inside the property).
[ ] You will get space in the kitchen to put your food in the refrigerator and a cabinet
[ ] Please clean up after yourself, others will be sharing the common spaces with you.
[ ] Don’t touch anything that does not belong to you or that you were not given permission to use or you will be asked to leave the property
[ ] Be respectful and understanding of others and take into consideration that you are sharing a space with others.

About the roomies

We are a couple that own the property. We are looking for quiet individuals that are respectful and pretty much go to work and come back to rest, eat and relax. We are very patient and understanding if you have questions, but please be understanding and respectful of our space as well. There is a couch in the room now and no longer a twin bed but you can bring your own bed.
