We are in a 55+ community. There is a 10.5 ft. X 11 ft. room or a 11.5 ft X14 ft room. Both rooms have a queen size bed, 2 nightstands an armoir a desk and chair. Each room has a 4X6 window with a view to the outdoors. There is wood flooring in each room. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. They are for $800 and $900 each, only one will be rented. The house is 1700 sq. ft. We have a Sun Room and Covered Patio. Laundry room is available for your use. as well as the Kitchen. There is a ramp both at the front door and the Sun Room for your convince.

We are a Christian couple ages 72 and 74 yr. We are very active. Our home is very clean and tidy.
