Two beautiful rooms in my home on five acres. We are located in a beautiful neighborhood where almost everyone is senior FBI, DEA, or senior military. Rent includes, use of kitchen, all utilities, use of laundry room, TV with premium channels, Netflix, Hi Speed WIFI, full access to the 5 acres. In addition, there is maid service twice a month that gives the place a thorough cleaning.

Please see the photos below. I think they say more than I can. There is a very friendly dog on the premises. No additional pets please. This is a jack and jill room set up with a full bathroom separating them. The rooms are huge. Very quiet and collaborative neighbors who party together on holidays and support each other when we have power outages, or significant weather incidents.

Full disclosure, we are a working Honey Bee Farm. In the summer we will have about 200 colonies on our very large property. Customers come to the house to purchase honey and other items.

Since 2010, the people of Stafford, Virginia, and farms around the world have counted on the more than 20 years of experience at Rock Hill Honey Bee Farms and Jerry Mattiaccio to meet their beekeeping needs. We provide Italian honeybees, hybrid queens, bee packages, and nucleus hives. Jerry, a US Army and Federal Law Enforcement Veteran, manages over 1100 colonies of honeybees, some Russian, and some Italian. In addition, once a year he offers an all-day class on handling honeybees and proper management. He is the only honeybee farm that allows students to review colonies as part of the training.

Our farm sits on five acres of land, and our staff takes great pride in caring for the bees, offering advice and assistance, and providing the highest quality products. In addition, we maintain colonies in Florida and Southern Virginia. Most products are shipped within five days, and queens ship the same day. Buying local honey — or local anything — supports the local economy, and our honey helps you avoid fake imported honey, ensuring real, natural, safe honey.
