You will have your own areas of the refrigerator and cabinets. Open modern kitchen design with walk-in pantry that would be shared space. Washer and dryer for use on 2nd floor. There is a fenced in xeriscaped backyard with covered porch and fireplace and a small front lawn that we will maintain.
About the roomies
We are a married cis couple in their 40s with a cat. We don’t smoke or party, just have family or a few friends over. We both are retired for now, so we will be around a lot, but the basement area is very private.
