About the room
Sunny, 12’x 9’ room with a large window in a cozy, 3-bedroom, 3-level home located on a quiet, safe, and well-lit no-through street. Short walk to the Arroyo Chamiso trails and Arroyo.
The room is furnished with a twin bed, a large dresser, a side table, and a lamp.
You’ll share a bathroom with another male resident, and there’s also an additional ¾ bathroom downstairs for everyone. The home features a heat pump for cooling and central heating.
You’ll have access to the kitchen, where you can use all the dishes, equipment, and linens (microwave, toaster oven, cookware, including dishes and silverware).
The family room features a TV, high-speed broadband internet (400+ Mbps) with Wi-Fi, and a personal refrigerator.
You’ll also have a washer and dryer, and you’ll be assigned a driveway spot. There’s also garage storage available.
Just a heads-up, we don’t allow pets.
