Great location in Central Scottsdale!!! Gated community 2 minutes from the 101/Shea and 5 mins from Scottsdale Rd. 10 minutes from great restaurants and shopping! 20 minutes from Old Town. Extremely quiet property with double pane windows. Beautiful landscaping around the small development. The upstairs loft area has a desk, printer and paper shredder for your convenience, and a mini efficiency with microwave, coffeemaker, mini fridge, dishes, etc. Loft is a large “extra” space outside the bedroom. There is a wrap around balcony outside the bedroom and loft sliding doors.
I’m extremely private and when home, spend most time downstairs in my bedroom/girl cave. I work 2 part time jobs AB’s also have a custom jewelry business from home. You probably won’t see me much unless we bump into each other in the kitchen, lol. I’m very easy to get along with and all I expect is the rent to be paid on time, clean up the kitchen after using it, and no loud noise. You will rarely see our neighbors unless they are walking their dogs or entering/leaving their driveway. They are very friendly but not intrusive at all. I’ve lived here 12 years and love it!
