About the room
Great Location in Central Scottsdale! 2 mins from 101 and 5 mins from Scottsdale RD. Minutes from Old Town, Kierland Commons, excellent restaurants and shopping🎉 The upstairs area is totally private with a private bath, loft area like a mini efficiency (microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware and full size desk/printer as well. There’s an outside balcony off the bedroom and loft. The room has a 46” brand new TV, and portable a/c cooler adding to the central a/c during the summer months for extra cooling. Extremely quiet due to the double paned windows and older community.
About the roomies
I am very quiet and spend most of my time in my downstairs bedroom when I’m home. I’m also very private and will not bother you at all. I do request that you clean up the kitchen after using it
and and keep noise (music/TV), upstairs to a minimum.
I’m extremely easy to get along with. I’m very friendly and outgoing, but respect your privacy.
This is a very safe gated community, with a pool and spa.
You will love living here with the beautiful mature landscaping that is maintained on a weekly basis.
