THE HOME/LOCATION: -2024 AC -Laundry room with washer and dryer just outside of bedroom -Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors -Close to Downtown Sanford -Fully equipped kitchen -Community pool
LEASE TERMS: -Available January 1st, 2026 -Minimum 12 month lease -1 person occupancy only -Water, lawn care, and HOA fee are included in the rent -Internet and electricity are split evenly among roommates. -A standard criminal, eviction, and credit check will be ran. *Applicants with felonies or serious offenses, evictions, or low credit will not qualify. -No smoking or drugs inside -Security deposit and 1st month’s rent are due prior to move in.
It’s my friend and myself living here currently. We are both young professionals who are very considerate and respectful of each other’s space, peace, and privacy and are out of the house most of the day. We wake up around 6am and go to bed around 11pm. I would like someone that is also respectful and considerate by cleaning up after themselves in the common areas, does not do drugs, and is responsible.
