Curb parking is also available and allowed throughout the neighborhood if you have more than 1 vehicle. -Community mailbox
LEASE TERMS: -$900/month -Available June 3rd, 2026 -Minimum 12 month lease -1 person occupancy only -All utilities are split evenly among residents. -A standard background check will be ran. *Applicants with felonies or serious offenses, evictions, or low credit will not qualify. -No hard drugs -Security deposit and 1st month’s rent are due prior to move in.
