About the roomies
Hey everyone! We’re two housemates in Arvada (80004) looking to find two awesome solo renters to round out our place. If you’re looking for a house that actually feels like a home—where we hang out, do game nights, and just genuinely enjoy each other’s company—hit us up!
Meet the Current Housemates (Dylan & Bert)
We’re both working professionals in our 30s. One of us is a vegetarian, and the other is an omnivore—food is never boring! We both love video games, live music, camping, and art. We are both liberals, and we’re also very high communicators, which helps keep the house running smoothly and respectfully!
The Lowdown on Our Place & Values We’re an outgoing pair who love to keep things fun. Think lazy nights in, hitting up local shows, or just taking off on adventures when the mood strikes!
Community is Key: We’re definitely social and look forward to having house get-togethers.
Respectful Zone: We keep things clean (chores are split!), and we value a kind and respectful home for everyone. BLM and inclusive values are important to us.
Inclusivity: We are looking for people who are friendly and welcoming to LGBTQIA+ and ENM (Ethical Non-Monogamy) people.
420 Friendly: Yep, we’re a 420-friendly household.
Pet Status: We love visitors’ pets, but unfortunately, we can’t have permanent pets right now.
