Rental includes three bedrooms, one bathroom, and living room upstairs, with a shared kitchen and dining room. Dining room table, sectional sofa, one dresser, and one desk are included or can be moved to storage. Electric is the only utility and it is included. Large gravel driveway has room to park multiple cars. Laundry is not included. Yard includes firepit, volleyball net, trampoline, swing set, and clothesline. My house is a short walk to Lake Arrowhead and the surrounding private park.

Pets, excluding dogs, would be considered on a case by case basis. No smoking inside-outside is fine. Daytime guest are welcome but overnight guest need to be listed on the lease and have a background check. I am in the process of painting and am happy for the tenant to choose the colors of the bedrooms and bathrooms. My roommate backed out and I need to find someone ASAP. I am willing to prorate rent for mid-month move in and am open to reasonable negotiations.

Hi, I’m Jeanelle. I own a split-level and my third grader and I live in the downstairs unit. I have two small dogs and two cats, kept downstairs. I would love to rent to a single mom and my child would love neighbors to play with! I am open to couples or students, but I am most comfortable with women. I am very flexible and easy going. Safety of my child is my top priority. If you and your guests respect common sense safety boundaries, then we will get along.
