A private, spacious master bedroom with attached toilet, shower, bathtub, big walk-in closet is available for rent in a beautiful, non-smoking, 4-bedroom house. Furnished bedroom photos are shown for size reference. It will be unfurnished.

Monthly rent will include all utilities (internet, electricity, heat). Laundry is available in the house unless you want to use external laundromat.

All common areas (kitchen, dining, living room, backyard) and appliances are available. Just keep it neat and clean after you use. Driveway, garage or street parking also available.

The house is located in a very nice and safe community very close to Hwy 378 Publix on Hendrix Crossing, and many other small businesses.

The total payment to secure the room will be $1100 (first month’s rent $850 + $250 security deposit).
