It is located in a very nice, safe neighborhood close to Hwy 378 Publix Hendrix Crossing.

About the roomies
About me: I am the house owner but work and live in the midwest. I will be visiting the house once in about 3 months for a weekend or so. You will need to share the bathroom with me but only during that time. Most of the time it will be your private bathroom.
You will be sharing the house with two other decent, male working professionals in their 30s.
