Hi, I have a room for rent. I’m looking for a housemate (just one person in a room, no pets, no drugs, and no sharing a room). The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. You’re only minutes away from shops, restaurants, clinics, Costco, and Kaweah Delta Hospital. Prefer working professionals since we all work full-time. Cross streets are Ben Maddox Way and K Ave.
The room rents for $650 per month with a $500 security deposit. The bedroom is fully furnished (desk, chair, bed, nightstand), includes its own lock, and is move-in ready, while the bathroom is shared. Utilities are included, such as water, garbage, internet, gas, and electricity, with the expectation of being mindful of usage during the summer. A washer and dryer are located inside the house. No guests are allowed, and kitchen use is limited, making this space best suited for someone who does not cook. Applicants must have a clean background, provide pay stubs to verify income, and have a credit score of 680 or higher.
I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, quiet, drama-free, and won’t be hosting parties or large gatherings in the house since it’s in a quiet community. It’s a 4-bedroom house, so everyone has their own room. We are all clean, respectful, and QUIET. Perfect if that is you. We all have full-time jobs and keep to ourselves. Perfect for out-of-the-area workers.
Prefer someone to stay at least 6 months or longer.
