The quiet and private bedroom with a shared bathroom is available now. ** This is month-to-month rent: (1) the base rent rate for over 3 months, then month to month is $1275/month for one person; (2) the base rent rate for over 28 nights, and need just less than 3 months, the month to month is $1375/month. *** By the way, I might have more rooms available for you to choose when you are here and I could even have the private bathroom unit (more expensive one) available, contact me if you are interested. The house is in a good location and near California State University of Monterey Bay ( 10 minutes Bicycle distance and 4 minutes driving distance), easy access to Highway 1 and many great restaurants, fast foods and major shops like Target, Walmart, Trade Joe’s etc. and Chomp and Naval Hospitals near by. The room is perfect for students/contracts/professionals/Travel Nurses who are studying or working in DOD-DMDC, NPS, CSUMB, MPC, DLI and Professionals in Montage Hospital and Flight Attendants in Monterey Airport etc. Use of kitchen (if you can keep clean). Sewer, Trash fee are included. Water, Gas and Electricity, Wifi fees are not included. Security deposit $1500, month-to-month lease 30 days ahead of notice required upon moving out for the long-term rent. I am looking for a roommate who is clean, kind, considerate, honest, and responsible professional or student etc. having a good credit history. Credit and background check will need to be processed before sharing. Application fee $50 is required. I am a well-educated and professional. This place is located in Marina city. It is a nice area. No Pets, No Smoking (include Vaping), No Excessive Drinking/Drunker, No Drug Users and No illegal activities! *Notes: 1)This room price is for one person, a guest stays overnight or the second person share the room, it will be required for $25/day or $150/week; but for over 3 months long-term renter, your guest fee is $20/day, $100/week. This room long-term is for one person.

Any short-term lodger (less than 3 months), the price will be added $100/month automatically based on $1375 over three month rent rate. If other bedding basic supplies need to be furnished as well, one time charge $100 will be added for less than or eq to 3 months staying or $200 will be added for greater than 3 months staying.
