It is close to just a very short drive from house to almost every major attractions in the Peninsula of Monterey. The room is perfect for students/contracts/professionals studying or working in DOD-DMDC (3.6 Miles), NPS (4.0 miles) , CSUMB (4.1 miles), MPC (5 miles), MIIS (5.7 miles), DLI (3.6 miles in Seaside and 5.7 miles in Monterey) and Professionals in Chomp Hospital in Ryan Ranch (5.1miles), near Pebble Beach (7.5 miles) and Flight Attendants in Monterey Airport (5.3 miles) etc.

One furnished bright, quiet bedroom (Upper-Stairs) in 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths beautiful house for around rent size 12’ x 11, queen-sized bed, shared bathroom. Use of kitchen (if you can keep clean). Easy drive way or street parking. Basic High-Speed Internet, Home Owner Association fee, Sewer, Trash fee are included. Water, Gas and Electricity, Wifi Enhancement fee and professional cleaning fee are not included. Security deposit $1265 month-to-month lease 30 days ahead of notice required upon moving out for the long term.

I am looking for a roommate who is clean, kind, considerate, honest and responsible professional or student etc. having a good credit history and usually do Light Cooking / No cooking. Credit and background check will need to be processed before sharing. Application fee $35 is required.

No Pets, No Smoking(include Vaping), No Excessive Drinking/Drunker, No Drug Users and No illegal activities!

This room is for one person, a guest stays overnight will be required for $25/day, $150/week or $400/month, and it needs to be approved by the owner first (only could add one person).

*Notes: Any short term lodger (less than 3 months), the price will be added $150/month automatically. If other bedding basic supplies need to be furnished as well, one time charge $100 will be added for less than or eq to 3 months staying or $150 will be added for greater than 3 months staying.
