Bedroom with a closet and window with white blinds. Quiet, large backyard, relaxing environment on a safe secure sac with gray neighbors, but known as too nosy. Lake charm is about three houses away by our mayor of Oviedo‘s house. Split plan so you have basically the kitchen and living room. There’s an office for you that I rarely use because I’m out on the road doing medical marketing sales usually from 7 to 6 PM. There’s been no cigarette smoking or tobacco use in the home, but if you do smoke, you can smoke outside phone or back. When I said it was your own bathroom it’s because we can make it more like that because I do have a 20-year-old son who very polite smart keeps himself mainly in his room on his computer. He also works at Cavallari’s deli most of the week, but he comes to the house and stays in one of the other rooms only every other week and sometimes less when he goes to his mom’s. I’ll take some more pictures of the inside of the house and the room itself. It does have a dresser in there that is black and color that is in really good shape, but it can be moved out of the room. Looking for somebody who is clean, helps clean and treats it as it is their own because they have full access to the kitchen, utensils plates, stainless steel appliances, washer dryer, Internet, and prime cable also Roku and Xumo. backyard is a really nice getaway and private as the yard is pie shake. I have landscapers that come on Thursday morning. any other questions I field through the site or you can call the number and ask me any questions. Again, very safe and secure. I have a blink security system outside, but I’ve never had a problem and I’ve lived there for almost 9 years, I have a girlfriend as well and I am a white male is in his early 50s, I spent some time over at her house so it’s kind of like having 3/4 of the house to yourself. I can explain any other questions, especially if it’s a female, but I would prefer that over a male unless the mail makes a good impression because I had someone and he was a guy and it didn’t go well . I don’t have any pets and I don’t want any dogs or cats or any type of animal that runs around the house. Very clean tidy person takes care of their stuff helps around the house if they make a mess with dishes or what not. Do you want a goldfish, hermit, crab, or pet rock that’s fine lol just want a normal person. That’s not some fanatic about politics or religion we don’t need to talk about just positive vibes and live in a nice house. It’s over a half $1 million thanks for checking things out again. I’ll add more photos of the room. I am right now up in Palm Coast working so I will take some tonight of the room and the bathroom. And if I didn’t mention, the master is on the far right of the house of the opposite side of the house and I have my own bathroom.
I’m a bachelor in my early 50s but have a girlfriend so I stay at her house a couple times a week clean no craziness. Will like to enjoy a glass of wine or a beer during the week after work but nothing crazy. My son was 20 as a good kid and polite. He will have some of his stuff in the other bathroom. There is a room with drawers and things to keep your stuff separate or if you’d like to set up a table or vanity in the bedroom you could use that and then of course some other stuff and the second bathroom. No drama with boyfriends or girlfriends or anything like that. Thank you!
