About the room

Four bedroom two bath single-family home around 2200 ft.² you’ll have your own private room and I labeled the bathroom on here as own bathroom but it’s shared with my 20-year-old son, but he is only there half the time or less and usually stays in his room. Play video games. It’s a split plan. So my room is on the far right of the house. Big yard, especially in the back is nicely done to relax lay out, watch TV, listen to music. The house is in a cul-de-sac off of Lake charm just a couple houses down from our Mayor in Oviedo. Quiet and safe no cigarette smoking or pipes or any tobacco in the house but can be done outside if put out properly. You’ll have full access to a nice upright, Samsung washer and upright dryer. Full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, flat top stove, oven blender, toaster, basically fully equipped . No drama with boyfriends or girlfriends and no pets at all, unless the fish bowl, hermit, crab, or pet rock. There is a blank security system outside to look over the driveway and Cul De Sac as well that you’ll have your own key at the front door and a locking door with key to the bedroom. Only about 5 miles from UCF on the north side right by the townhouse, downtown Oviedo, solar Park and easy access to the 408/417 to go south or north.

Only looking for somebody female, preferably male, possibly, but I’ve had not a great experience with that, but they have to be neat and considerate of the property and all the dishware, refrigerator appliances, help clean and keep the house as it was their own. I am not picking up after somebody I need to help out. This isn’t a junkie house it’s a $600,000 house so I’d like to keep it up that way! Thank you!

About the roomies

I’m the only one who lives there full-time but like I said, I have a son that comes over. He’s quiet, smart and usually is in his room on the computer most of the time so basically you would have 60% of the house. I am a white male in this early 50s and have a girlfriend who I stay at her house sometimes once or twice a week.
