A peaceful place with lots of space. This is large house which accommodates more than enough space for a third person. 3 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. It is possible to have one’s own bathroom for personal effects, but the shower itself is shared with a female. There is a large outdoor space with deck furniture, Laundry room, dinning room, living room, sunroom, breakfast nook, and a beautiful spacious kitchen, in which the New roommate will have ample food storage space of their own. We have plenty of dinnerware and cookware that is accessible along with linens. All utilities are included.
There are two small dogs on the premises and one outdoor cat. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and friendly. The roundabout driveway has plenty of parking space for everyone. New roomate will have an assigned area in the main fridge, but if you would also like a mini fridge in your room for extra storage, there is definitely space to put one in the bedroom. This location is close to the hospital, which would be great for a traveling nurse or a hospital worker. Individual must have a job, a legitimate source of income, or be able pay the agreed rental term in full. Someone who is tidy and cleans up after themselves. We are looking for someone to be here for a three month minimum. Potential roommate must love dogs and respect our rules in reference to the pets. (Nothing major- just includes putting up the gates, closing doors when needed, and what they can and can’t eat and etc.) Absolutely no illegal substance or activity is permitted, or there will be immediate removal if such occurs.
68-year-old male who is a local business owner of a popular café. 37-year-old female, profession in luxury retail and fashion formerly from NYC. 2 small adorable female cavalier spaniels 1 friendly male outdoor only cat. We are normal people, like to cook, enjoy some vino with laughs, and are pretty lowkey. We are all adults and want everyone to feel comfortable, in which, we don’t need to be in each other’s business all the time, however, good communication is a must, as we would be living under the same roof. One current roommate has lived in Santa Fe for over 30 years and the other has been here for 4 years, we happy to be of aid to newcomers relocating in learning about the area and provide a peaceful and safe place to be long term or long n transition.
