We’re looking for a roommate to join us in our spacious apartment! The available room offers a beautiful view of the outdoors deck and we are located on the second floor, overlooking the pool.
About the Apartment:
The room is lightly furnished and move-in ready. Please note that the current bedroom set differs from the one shown in the photos. The apartment is conveniently located just 5 minutes from I-95 and within walking distance of multiple shopping plazas, restaurants, and other amenities.
The bathroom is private. Brand new in-unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher—a huge plus for convenience and for the use of all residents. The community features a pool, tennis court, and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Rent & Utilities:
Deposit $500 Rent:$1300 Water is included in the rent. Electricity and internet are not included and are divided among all residents (around $30–$50/month).Rent can be expected between $1350- $1380

A $30 background check fee will be required to apply. $500 Refundable Deposit, first $1300 month’s rent, prorated utilities for the month due prior to moving in.
