Chiara's room

Private room with a beautiful view of the community’s pool and lake. The bathroom is en-suite , and it is shared to both rooms. The apartment has brand new in-unit washing and drying machines. We love animals, we have 2 cats and a friendly dog, they are all well behaved, so liking pets would be best. Clean and organized is a plus. We keep the apartment clean at all times, but we communicate and coordinate what works best. The community has a pool, tennis court, and is very close to many shops and restaurants. Background check required in order to apply. Water is included, electricity and internet are not included but are divided among residents ( approx $40- 60/month).

We are currently two couples living in the apartment. We all, but 1, work full time. We are clean and love animals. We mainly cook on the weekends.
