The bathroom is shared and en-suite, conveniently located between two bedrooms. Brand new in-unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher—a huge plus for convenience and for the use of all residents. The community features a pool, tennis court, and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. About Us:
There are currently 2 girls living in the apartment. We are clean and all of us work full time.
Rent & Utilities:
Deposit $500 Rent:$950 Electricity, internet & water and divided by all 3
Currently only one lady lives in the apartment, another girl will be moving in soon and we are looking for another lady or another male to live on the opposite wing of the apartment.
