The room is big and has an office next to it, perfect for someone working from home. The office part has a door that leads to the backyard so you’d have your own entrance as well. Private bathroom but the rest of the house are common areas, although no one really uses them. That’d be the kitchen, dinning room, living room and porch. The room is fully furnished with queen size bed, dresser and closet space. I have two other rooms or rent but those are 6 months leases starting in January. If you would be interested in staying I could rent the suite until January and then you’d have your actual room available upstairs then. Check my profile to see the others if interested. Thanks!

Street parking and gravel driveway parking. 1 shared bathroom with walk-in shower and tile flooring. There is also access to the bathtub in the second bathroom downstairs. Furnished living room and dining room. A piano! Fully equipped kitchen (Fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher) with plenty storage space. Washer/Dryer Porch with rocking chair great for porch hangs. Plenty of storage all around.
I’m leaving the country and subletting my suite in a big two story house with three other roommates upstairs. Roommates are very nice and keep to themselves. The house is big and you don’t hear anyone almost. There are three cats in the house but they stay upstairs. People here work during the day and you might see one of them use the kitchen sometimes. They are all young and smart people, very nice to talk to.
