Coral/Burgandy room (150 sq ft): $1550 to sign ($700 First month + $850 security deposit) Available Aug 4th. This is the biggest room upstairs and has a window air conditioning unit. There are 6 outlets, a walk-in closet and wooden floors. There are two windows facing SouthWest.

Purple room (140 sq ft): $1450 to sign ($650 First month + $800 security deposit) Available September 1st. The lavender purple room has 6 outlets, lovely wooden flooring, a walk-in closet (27 sq ft) and two NorthEast facing windows.

I am a musician and live downstairs. Rehearsals are held on site about once or twice a week, sometimes there are none. The bandmates are super good and respectful people and we gather downstairs in the living room. We are done around 10pm. Salsa, fusion and an acoustic swing band. My partner lives with me so we both occupy the suite downstairs. Alejandra is a PhD student at UT. There are three more rooms upstairs. One is occupied by a sweet guy who works in the food industry and keeps busy. The one bathroom upstairs is shared with him and whoever other tenant we get.
