Searching for one subletter to share a double room with one existing tenant, starting immediately. Lease length is flexible, we can do short term sublet or up until August 1. Can renew a year lease in August if desired. Rent is $850 and Utilities usually total about $75 or less per month.
Our place is large and beautiful, in a quiet part of Westwood, with washers and dryers in the backyard. It is located close to Santa Monica and Westwood Blvd, right nearby a grocery store and a short distance from UCLA campus. Room is already furnished, including desk, bed frame and mattress, and dresser. No pets allowed in this apartment.
You would share the room with existing tenant, Angie, who is 22 and works as a research coordinator working at UCLA. Our other roommates are Anna and Eva, ages 23 and 25 who also work in West LA and graduated from UCLA in 2024.
