About the room
Large bedroom with lots of natural light available in our apartment in a quiet part of Westwood. Could easily double as both a bedroom and a studio or home office. Rent is $1450 per month and utilities usually total around $100 per month. Our place is large and beautiful, with washers and dryers in the backyard and a friendly landlord. It is located close to Westwood & Santa Monica Blvd, right nearby a grocery store and a short bus ride to the UCLA campus. Room has a full closet and will have some furniture available. No pets allowed in this apartment. *Note: photos show this bedroom with two beds but this listing is for a single occupant for the room.
About the roomies
We are two 23 and 25 year old alumni from UCLA looking for another housemate. We both work in West LA and are also artists. We keep our living space very tidy and do our dishes in a timely manner, etc with a chore system. We are generally quiet and easy housemates, have friends over occasionally, and enjoy playing board games with each other. Please reach out if interested!
