Nice size bedroom with access to the deck and unobstructed view of the Hudson river. The house is very quiet, one full bath + 1/2 bath. The house is spacious with total of 4 bedrooms (the other two rooms will remain unoccupied), washer and dryer in the basement and huge deck, parking plus huge yard. The neighborhood is super safe and clean. Train station is 30 minutes walk and about an hour to GC station in midtown.
