About the room

Room for rent in a cozy, centrally located Thornton home. Looking for one person only. Rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. You’d share a bathroom with three others. Four working professionals live here, each on their own lease. Street parking only. Shown furnished but its currently empty.

Screening starts with a few basic questions by messenger, plus a free background check and possibly a landlord reference. Security deposit is $525 (fully refundable) and first month’s rent is due at move-in — I can’t split payments. Winter special: $525 for the first month, then $680/month after.
