About the room

Private gated condo community with nice amenities. Pool and gym, some small walking trails. Fairly secluded and lots of nice tall trees. Huge porch. Higher ceilings like 9 foot or 10 foot, so the whole place feels very spacious. I just purchased the condo recently; first time property owner so there is plenty of room to add your own touch to the living room. Its currently not even furnished. I have a couch or two and a small living room table to move in soon and that’s it so far. New fridge, stove, and microwave. Will be getting washer and dryer in the condo at some point. Id pay internet and electricity is split. Heating cooling is electrical.

You’ll have your own room near the front door area, and mine is all the way at the back of the condo, so your comings and goings will be extremely private. As long as you don’t stomp like crazy and slam the door on the way in or out lol.

There’s a decent sized walk in closet. Not master bedroom sized, but you can walk in it a few feet and turn around and walk out and stuff. It already has wire shelving ready.

You’ll have your own private bathroom. It has a guest door - I do not expect you to share this with any of my guests that come over, they would of course use my bathroom in my room.

The bathroom has a big built-in tub style shower combo.

There’s a lot of natural light coming into the unit!

About the roomies

I have a mid sized black mouth cur mutt. Shes great with people but not so much with other animals. She’s crate trained and will need to work on getting to know the other animal slowly.

Myself im 32 and work in tech support. I love to cook and would be happy to share some food and dinners. Big reader and big on vidya games. I do smoke cigs and bud and will be smoking on the porch of course.
